AIAdopt

AI literacy training with an audit-ready certificate

AI literacy training for employees, by role and by sector

AIAdopt delivers online AI literacy training for employees, managers and specialists. Short, practical and built by role and by sector, so everyone learns exactly what their own work asks of them. Every module takes 20 to 30 minutes, ends with an exam and produces a certificate listing the learning outcomes and the articles covered. Proof that holds up in an audit. All of it in English, Dutch and French, with the certificate in the learner's own language. From 40 euros per employee, for organisations of any size, worldwide.

Do you work in public services, HR, healthcare or education? For these sectors we have separate in-depth modules, with examples and risks from your own practice.

Two standards for AI literacy

ISO 42001 and the EU AI Act both ask for demonstrably trained employees. We cover both.

🌍

ISO 42001

The international standard for AI management systems asks for awareness and training of employees. Our awareness training supports clauses 7.2 and 7.3 and works anywhere in the world, including outside the EU.

⚖️

EU AI Act, Article 4

The EU AI Act asks organisations to take demonstrable measures to develop their employees' AI literacy. Our modules cover the learning outcomes and refer to the articles themselves, so you can show exactly what has been covered.

More about Article 4

Our training

Every training takes 20 to 30 minutes, runs online on any device and ends with an exam of 10 questions.

Pass at 70 percent or above and you get the certificate.

Our training is updated as soon as the rules change. We keep track of that ourselves with the EU AI Act Monitor, which we built in house.

More about advice

What do the EU AI Act and ISO 42001 ask of your organisation?

The EU AI Act asks organisations to take demonstrable measures to develop their employees' AI literacy. That is Article 4 and it has applied since February 2025. ISO 42001, the international standard for AI management systems, asks much the same in clauses 7.2 and 7.3: competence and awareness, written down.

It reaches further than you would think. Not only companies that build AI, but every organisation that uses AI systems in its work. A council running a chatbot, a hospital with decision support, an HR team having CVs pre-sorted: all of them deployers. And outside the EU, where the Act does not reach, ISO 42001 is the standard you are audited against.

AI literacy means your employees understand what an AI system does, where it goes wrong and when they need to step in themselves. Not everyone needs the same level. Someone on the front desk needs something different from the person buying the system.

Demonstrable is the hardest word in that sentence. A talk at a team day leaves little behind. Training with an exam and a certificate listing the learning outcomes and the articles covered does. That is what AIAdopt delivers, by role and by sector, in English, Dutch and French.
