Model Withdrawal Form

This form is intended for consumers who bought an individual training from AIAdopt and want to exercise their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal; see articles 7 and 19 of the Terms and Conditions.

You do not have to use this form. You can also withdraw via the online function Withdraw from contract here or by sending an unambiguous statement by e-mail to info@aiadopt.eu.

Please note: for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires when supply begins. This only applies if you gave prior express consent to supply starting during the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal and AIAdopt provided the legally required confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, including your consent and acknowledgement. For a service, the right of withdrawal does not expire simply because performance begins. It expires only after full performance by AIAdopt, if performance began with your prior express consent and you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal after full performance.

What happens after your withdrawal?

We acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail. In the event of a valid withdrawal, we refund the amount paid without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. If a proportionate amount is legally due for the part of a service already provided, it is deducted from the refund. We use the same means of payment as for your purchase, unless you expressly agree to another means of payment. The refund is always at no cost to you.
